MSP s.r.l. as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the effects of EU Reg. 2016/679 hereafter 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Purpose and legal basis of processing 

In particular, your data will be processed for the following purposes related to the execution of measures connected to contractual or pre-contractual obligations:

Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of employees: Marketing and Communication Office, Logistics Office and Customer Care Office. 

Furthermore, they may be communicated to external parties, duly appointed, such as, for example, consultants or external agencies, providers of tools for e-commerce management. 

Your data will not be disseminated in any way.  

Retention Period 

We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, data will be kept for the period necessary for the performance of the service.  

You have the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as in general you can exercise all the rights provided for by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.
